Returns & Refund Policy
Our returns policy is pretty simple. If you’ve ordered something and you’re not happy with it, we’ll return or replace it for you. The items must be unopened and in the same packaging in original undamaged condition.
We will refund you in the same manner in which you paid for the order. Please note all returns must be effected within 30 days of purchasing. We may charge a re-stocking fee. It is our decision as to what constitutes good condition.
Ribbons & Blank Cards
Please check that the ribbon code for your printer is the correct one. Some ribbon codes differ by only one digit or letter which is very confusing.
We cannot accept ribbons for return that have been opened or used. Blank cards similarly are not refundable if the shrink wrapping is damaged.
Lanyards and ID card accessories
Please return all lanyards and accessories in their original packaging.
Custom Printed Items
We are under no obligation to reprint or reissue printed goods if they have been printed as per your approved proof document. We may offer a reprint at cost or a discount. Documents like Identity Cards cannot be refunded, but we will reprint them at our discretion.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
