Shipping Time
We do our best to get orders out quickly. Most in-stock items leave the next business day, but custom or out-of-stock items might take longer. If you're in a rush, give us a heads up.
Shipping Charges
It's €10 plus tax to ship, or free if your stock order tops €200 plus tax. Make sure you give us the right address and Eircode.
Returns
If you send something back claiming it's faulty, we'll take a look and let you know about your refund by email. We usually refund the same way you paid, within 30 days of getting the item back or approving the refund after checking.
We'll refund the full amount for defective items, including what you paid for shipping to you.
Non-faulty items can be returned within a week of receipt if they're in original packaging and resalable condition. You'll need to cover the return shipping. After a week, no refunds. We decide what counts as resalable.
Personalised items can't be returned but we may reprint them at our discretion.
Shipping Damage
Got a damaged item? We'll replace it or send new parts. We'll use regular shipping for replacements. We might need your help with the shipping company claim. If possible, snap a picture of damaged packages on arrival. We'll arrange pickup for any damaged goods that need to come back to us.
Let us know within two weeks of dispatch about any delivery issues like lost, damaged, or missing items, so we can sort it out with our shipping partners.
