Printing ID cards is made much easier when you have good software. Printers.ie distribute a few different versions of card design & production software.
Most printers we sell come with either free software made by the manufacturer, or with a copy of Easybadge.
Easybadge is an easy to use program that has a clever, helpful startup screen to assist you in creating your first card. Entry level versions allow you to create 100 records in one database.
You don’t strictly need specific software to make ID cards, all plastic card printers will print anything that is sent to them, from any program like Microsoft Word or Acrobat PDF.
Card software does make life much easier, as it stores all the previously printed cards for easy recall and reprinting.
