We use HotJar to monitor user behaviour anonymously. We use cookies where necessary so that your password / login is saved.

If you order from us, your order record is kept in our management software. You can request that your order record is deleted if you wish.

Submitted Artwork

We keep your submitted artwork on a local server. This is backed up to AWS S3/Glacier in Ireland eu-west-1 region.

Submitted ID Card Data

This data is communicated to us either by form or by email. In either event, the original files are stored on a local server. This is backed up to AWS S3/Glacier in Ireland eu-west-1 region.

This data may be used by any third party provider to manufacture your cards. In any event, if we use a third party provider, the data may be encrypted by us.

We keep the data on file and can delete it on request when it is no longer needed.

Other Submitted Data

We keep any relevant submitted files on a local server. This is backed up to AWS S3/Glacier in Ireland eu-west-1 region.

Website data is backed up in our server using Acronis backup. Mirrored versions are kept in AWS S3/Glacier in Ireland eu-west-1 region.

Your data can be deleted any time on request. Please contact us to do so.
